Firstly it was great to find such a comprehensive site as my washing machine is pretty old and I thought finding parts might be difficult. Delivery could have been quicker if the part is actually held in stock (but looking at the massive range perhaps it isn't. When it arrived the part looked genuine and of equal quality to the original. There were no fitting instructions with the parts and, although it was only a door hinge and easy to see what went where, a few instructions on how to dismantle the door would have helped my confidence. Others like me might also benefit from the inclusion of a tool list as some tools, like torx spanners, might not be in every household toolbox. I had the most difficulty replacing the machine screws in to the body of the washing machine as they just wouldn't bite and tighten. Solved this by using longer and larger screws from a box of spares. Still holding tight after a few cycles on fast spin!
