Genuine heater element and NTC set for your washing machine. It's made of stainless steel highly resistant to corrosion and can withstand high temperatures.
Your washing machine's heater element warms up the water during the wash cycle. Just enough heat to get your clothes sparkling clean after they’ve been washed.
The NTC sensor then checks on the water temperature and adjusts as needed so the water has the right amount of heat. And it also decreases resistance when the temperature goes up.

Replacement heater
The heater on my old Zanussi washing machine kept tripping the earth leakage switch in the consumer unit. The element measured around 20 ohms when tested so had not failed completely. On removal it was apparent that the outer casing had failed giving a path to earth through the washing machine water. Removal was relatively easy but cleaning out the limescale prior to fitting the replacement was challenging but doable. The replacement arrived on time and was easily fitted immediately and tested with an empty load. Very happy with the result.
