Heater element for Hoover Next Washing Machine
The part was delivered promptly and my washing machine was up and running in no time. It was easy to fit and the part is working perfectly. I will definitely use Ransom Spares in the future. Fixed the issue
Part was reasonably priced and arrived at the time expected. Resolved the error messages for not draining and then element fault. Easy to fit into my Hoover washing machine in under an hour.

Good Price
Had a problem with my original heater element after 6 years use, kept tripping the fused unit, found Ransom Spares online, typed in part number, ordered with Express delivery, part arrived next day, Washing machine back up and running within 24 hours.

Genuine Part
Came in a couple days, had a hoover machine with an Er03 and Er16 code issue. This part has cured it immediately. it is very easy to do took about 10 minutes. The new part is longer that the old but fits fine (I wonder if this design change addresses failures as mine was only 14 months old) very pleased with this element a quick and easy fix and good service from Ransoms. Washing machine heating element
Product arrived quickly as expected and was easy to fit. Can't be sure on longevity as the previous 2 elements (original and another bought elsewhere) only lasted 1 year in my hoover - no idea what the machine does to them!!

Great replacement part
I have a Hoover washing machine which initially failed displaying an E16 error followed by an E3 error thereafter. After looking at the obvious, such as clearing out the pump filter etc, I determined from the error code that it was most likely the heating element at fault. I used the RansomSpares website to find my replacement part which I found easy to navigate and assured me that the part would fit my model of washing machine which it did. The replacement part arrived promptly and was well packaged. The removal of the old element took some time as once the holding nut is loosened you still have some work to do to prise out the old rubber fitting from the drum. However, once out the new part fitted in like a breeze. Although the rewiring is straightforward it's always a good idea to take a photo beforehand to check you have rewired correctly. Also note that this replacement element part also includes the NTC thermistor which in my case I suspect was actually the cause of the fault. This relatively straightforward fix had my washing machine up and running again. Many thanks RandsomSpares.

Quality product, straightforward fit.
The part appears to be of good quality, at least as good as the original. Only time will tell how reliable the part is but it fits well and was easy to change.
