Product is exact replacement for broken part. So pleased with it. Delivery was slow ie 10days!!

The part was exactly what I needed and was easy enough to fit (although I have a craft background, not sure if average Joe could fit it) Would definitely recommend the supplier, speedy delivery (to Northern Ireland) and good communications during the purchase and sold at a decent price

Not easy to get into the w/m due to all the clips holding everything in place The part fitted just, some of the clips & the screw holes didn't line up, but we forced it into place - it works, but not a quick replacement, took about 5 - 10 minutes to fit. You may need a guy good with DIY to help you if you aren't into DIY at all. Don't break the existing clips on the w/m otherwise it may not go back together great BUT, IT SAVES YOU BUYING A NEW WASHING MACHINE - so a good part for the job - I would still buy it again & Ransom helped me find the correct part for my w/m cheers John
