Ordered a new door for washing machine as mine broke off, sadly the door arrived damaged so bad it couldn't be used , this happened at some point in the delivery process and the reason I bring it up is this: I contacted random spares sent photo of damage and the lady was fantastic, very apologetic (tho it was not their fault) and a new one was ordered and she got the new one sent to me within a week the new door it's self is a perfect fit and easily went back on . Despite that issue (which I would hope random would have words with them as they don't treat the packages they deliver with care at all) the product was perfect and I highly rate the service I received, Thank you
