Just what I needed. Thought this product might work - but how delighted I was to find that RansomSpares supply perfect items. Will I use them again, you bet I will.

I needed a new filter for my washing machine. There were two that looked similar on the website, so I rang to ascertain which to purchase. The assistant was able to confirm the correct one for my machine with a couple of questions. Upon ordering, I specified that I wanted next-day delivery. On the day that delivery was due, I received an apologetic email stating that through an oversight my replacement filter hadn't been despatched, but that it would arrive the following day. To compensate me for the oversight all delivery charges were waived. On the actual day of delivery, because a signature was required, I was sent an email stating that delivery would be effected within a certain hour, and it was. I thought the whole ordering process was handled very professionally by Ransom Spares. I also found the videos explaining the workings of a washing machine very helpful
