This is a genuine washing machine drum replacement.
Forms the main outer housing for your washing machine drum—holding water during each wash and spin cycle. It keeps everything contained while allowing the inner drum to spin freely, so your laundry gets thoroughly cleaned without leaks or splashes.

Good price for original part, and good service
Although it's not a simple job, I replaced the drum and bearings on my Bosch machine. When separating the outer drum the exisiting plastic clips have to be broken off. When reassembling, the screws provided with the bearing kit (or with the drum seal) are used in addition to the existing ones, in the unused holes, to ensure a good seal. Tightening opposite screws together helps to give an even seal too. I also added some silicone sealant to the new outer drum seal before fitting. The end result was a working machine with no leaks!

Bosch Washing machine Drum
My washing machine started making banging noises on the spin cycle. Followed instructions on YouTube to dismantle (not for the faint hearted; hence the low mark for fitting, but no reflection on the part itself) to discover that the drums aluminium strut had corroded and snapped. This is the only place I managed to find a replacement. The great search tool on this site took me straight to the correct part. Machine now working good as new. Wife is happy, what more can I ask :-)

Hi, can you sell me just the spider for this drum? I have removed old broken spider and think I can bolt a new one in place if I can find the correct replacement or pattern part etc. I hate to throw a good stainless steel drum away as it is not eco friendly.

Hi Chris, I'm afraid the drum is only available complete, so we're unable to supply the spider by itself.
