These shock absorbers do the job, so far. Will not know if they outlast the originals for another 11 years. Surprising amount of hassle to fit, but not Ransomes fault that Bosch do not design their machines with serviceability in mind.

Ordered item should have arrived as a pair but unfortunately the package only had the one shock absorber. I emailed customer services and received an immediate response with a request to send a photo of the package. This I did and received a replacement package within a few days.
