Like a new washing machine
Found the machine had an E18 error so removed drain pump to find it badly distorted and worn. Found an exact replacement on the Ransoms web site. Ordered it Sunday afternoon and received it before lunch on Monday. Fitted it and hey presto just like a new washing machine. All sorted within 24 hours. Bosch drain pump - Does the job
Bosch washing machine stopped working and showed a drain error. I put the model number in the Ransom website and this part came up. It was a fairly easy process to replace the drain pump and now it is working fine again. Satisfied customer!

Fixed my non draining washing machine
Our Bosch washing machine, which tbh has had a hard life, was frequently throwing up an error for not draining and I decided that a new pump was worth the punt to see if it fixed it. Pump was received quickly and was very easy to fit looking exactly the same as the original. Even better was the fact that it’s fixed the problem (the old pump had definitely failed) and my wife has stopped swearing at the washing machine and demanding a new one.
