Description
High-quality door seal for your washer door.
It seals tightly between the washing machine's drum and outer housing to prevent soap and water leaks during washing and spinning. Also buffers to prevent metal-on-metal contact between the machine frame and the door.
Your door seal needs to be changed if it shows visible signs of wear, such as cracks, tears, or mould growth. Water stains or rust near the door seal where it meets the drum or frame also indicates a faulty gasket. Change it with this replacement part.

Extremely easy to fit and great value
I always thought these door rubbers would be tricky to fit, until I checked out a video somewhere. Turned out really easy and the only awkward bit was trying to reconnect the door switch as the wire was very short on my machine. Given the low cost of the part and minimal effort required, it's not worth spending the time in cleaning your old seal if it's really grubby, and you probably won't reach the mold tucked away in the corners anyway. Plus, like silicone in bathrooms, once mold is there you cannot get rid of it once the mold sets in.

Good Product
After a few you tube videos, was able to fit without the need for a repair engineer, needed a help to secure the wire tensioner, but my 14 year old son saved the day and we got it on, and so far so good.
