The door seal on our washing machine started leaking heavily. I decided to see if we could buy the part and try and fit it ourselves to try and keep the cost low. I came across Ransom Spares and they had exactly what we were looking for and at a great price! The part was dispatched in the time frame stated on the site and was received very quickly. My partner and dad installed the part together and found it really easy to do after reviewing the installation video. There was a little bit of rubbing of the seal the first few uses and sounded very loud. But now it has been used a few times it's just like normal. I definitely recommend!!!

I am a novice to machine repairs, the seal was exactly the same as the one I removed. The process was straight forward and the seal works really well. I would recommend this to both DIY"era and professionals.

arrived next day as ordered, easily fitted by myself in 30 minutes, product was good quality and service was faultless. recommend highly and will use again 100%.

Had to replace the old seal due to it going mouldy. The seal was quite tricky to fit, but it was do-able. Took about 90 minutes. Now we have a nice clean and fresh washing machine.

Delivery was prompt, fitting was easy - once I had viewed the very good film clip on the internet. My only problem was that misalignment of the inner tub caused the new seal to be damaged - hint : when you have removed the old seal check that inner tub alignment, before unwrapping and fitting the new seal, particularly if you are replacing the old seal due to excessive chaffing of the rubber (indicated by powdered rubber in the drum). Overall, I was very pleased with the product and its delivery, but unhappy that the machine had a more severe problem.....
