I looked for YouTube videos and couldnt find any for this part. But with a bit of patience and common sense I was able to fit the part and cancel the washing machine engineer.

I just received the spare part I needed for my washing machine today and it took me only some minutes to replace it. I was happy to see that the broken plastic hook is now of a more serious and durable metallic material. Plastic doesn't last long under our tropical climat. I am a very satisfied customer. I just think about a small improvement that you could do: providing a postal tracking number (FYI: it took 17 days between your dispatching and the reception of the part here in Thailand).

At last, we can dispense with the bit of string that we've been opening the door with for months. A cheap and cheerful backstop ... The new door catch is fine, it was easy to fit and now the machine's as good as new ...
