When I ordered the part (door hinge) for the washing machine off the web site it was delivered quickly however I got it wrong, I phoned customer service and they quickly located the correct one, it arrived next day with return instructions for the wrong part, the new one fitted perfectly, washing machine back in working order, I was very happy.
