Solenoid Valve Replacement
Easy to fit literally a 5 min job Delivery took a three or four days from ordering which is slow if you need the part urgently

Difficult to find part
Ransom Spares seems to be the only place to get these valves. Quick delivery and good quality product. Unfortunately, this didn't solve my washing machine problem, so I have put the original one back into the machine.

Cold Water Valve RS61944
Bosh Washing machine would not fill,ordered valve from Ransom Spares. They gave the cheapest quote. easy ordering, the only problem it was difficult on the website to determine if part was in stock. part arrived 5 days later but one day was a bank holiday. Valve was good quality, and solved the problem. I would use Ransome spares again.

Straightforward
Needed to replace the valve due to a small water leak. Once I'd established the part number, a search on the www soon brought-up RansomSpares. It was easy to order the part - just not so clear if it was in-stock for immediate despatch or if it was a part that they had to bring in. So the only small issue was not knowing when it was going to be sent-out. Once it was sent (on the third working day) I then got an email to say so. Order was placed Sunday afternoon and received Saturday morning. Fitting was easy - as long as you have a Torx bit for the washing machine lid removal. All in all a great service (and no more leaks).
