Your washer's door seal prevents leaks during the wash and spin cycles. This rubber gasket sits snugly between the drum and the external housing of the washing machine and forms a tight seal on the door.
Signs you need to replace the door seal
The door seal rubber gasket needs replacement if it shows signs of wear, such as cracks, tears, or mould growth.
Water stains or rust near the door seal meeting the drum or frame suggest a faulty gasket allowing water to leak. A worn gasket leads to more vibration and noise during washing as it can't stabilise the drum effectively and cause increased vibrations.

Best product I could find
I needed a new rubber seal for my washing machine and was shocked at the prices until I found this one for £25 instead of £50. Bit fiddly to fit but that’s down to the manufacturer of the washing machine not the parts company. Good product, good price, quick delivery, good customer services. What more could you want.

The door seal is a good fit. I compared it with other companies, this was the cheapest by far. Seal is easy to fit until fitting the outer spring. There is probably a knack to it when doing it on your own. I was assisted by my wife, then it went on like a dream, you better believe it! Overall good value, well worth the effort fitting it yourself, saving a small fortune 👍

Great product
the door seal was a great like-for-like replacement. I searched up a couple of Youtube tutorials and there's a bit of a knack required to fitting the seal, but with a bit of patience it worked. I'm delighted with the results though, a good DIY solution to fixing my washing machine and saving me a good amount of money in the process.
