second one I buy
This is the second heating element I buy for the same machine. first one lasted a couple of years. I cannot say if this is related on the quality of the spare part or is just a problem related to that very part I had to replace now. However I have just installed the second one I have bought and I can say so far I am very pleased with the website and the celerity of the service. in other words seen-ordered-delivered-installed in a matter of days. more comments on reliability to follow.
