Diagnosed that I needed a new drain pump for my ageing AEG L86810. Tony @ RS was incredibly helpful and pointed me at the correct part. The part was 'cheap' considering it was a same brand replacement. It arrived quickly and was a perfect match for the part it was replacing. Job took a while as there was so much to dismantle but I'd say it was still 'easy'. Watched a useful video that helped no end. Thanks RansomSpares. Jon
Had a very noisy drain pump on my old Zanussi washing machine and was struggling to find a replacement. Found something similar on the Ransom site and then sent in photos of my pumps spec label and Ransom tech were able to find me a like for like "modern" replacement. Not too difficult to fit no tools required. Easier to tip machine over and access from underneath. Excellent service and price.
Bought this pump to replace on my Electrolux EWX14450W Washer Dryer. Was very simple to replace and fixed our machine in no time. At least 7 years old and still going strong. But this is the second time I replaced this pump in the last 5 years. The machine has cost me no more than £100 Since inheriting it from the landlord.
Very easy to find parts needed on this great website. Superb delivery service too. Didn’t fix my wash machine! Was worth a try. But after 13 years of service it wasn’t worth looking further into replacing more expensive parts. If I need parts I’m going to use ransomspares!!
