Ordered this through Ransoms as I had used them previously. Had to call the helpline to confirm the correct part as the on-line system didn't return a match for the (Zanussi) product number on my washing machine and got the normal rapid reply and helpful assistance. Part turned up on the date promised having been shipped direct from the manufacturer. The belt is an identical replacement and fits exactly. Note 1: if you haven't opened up a Zanussi split-chassis washing machine before check out YouTube for the method. Not straightforward but easy enough if you know the sequence. Note 2: I live in France, amazingly this part isn't available retail here (although it's made in France) so I used a family member to courier it out.
