Excellent item - slow reactions and service

I was pleased to find a source of minor parts for a 'Henry' vacuum cleaner. The parts seem fine and operate well so no complaint. However, I ordered these and several other items on line from other suppliers at the same time on the 8th April. Everything else arrived by the 10th or 11th. I sent a request for info on the 12th (which being the weekend I didnt expect immediate reply)- On the Monday I was advised the parts were out for , then subsequently despatched. I received them on the 16th. My point is that these tuppenhappeny parts could and should have gone straight out in a jiffy bag the day after ordering, not wait nearly a week to send. Well constructed 'response' emails do not replace simple 'pack and send' techniques. If this company needs to remain strong in Internet sales it is in my view critical to ensure fast despatch as per other internet sellers.
