What is the suction hose used for in vacuum cleaners?

Great replacement product
The hose on my dads Henry had broken and he had taped it up which made using it difficult. I have used your Company before but never thought of replacing this hose but suddenly thought I wonder if they sell new ones. Really pleased as now it is much easier to use . My dad has passed away and I am sure he would be impressed with the new lease of life his vacuum now has . Would recommend this product and the Company .
