Numatic (Henry) Vacuum Cleaner PCB 4 Terminal321990

When the mains switch on my Henry failed took the opportunity to fix the Hi/lo as well. I had been broken for a while. Visually different from the 4 pin unit installed but wiring diagram included that made it easy it fit. If you can’t work out the connections from the circuit diagram you probably shouldn’t be fixing something like this yourself.

The Henry stopped working. Checked fuse, wiring, etc. all appeared OK but had no way to test PCB. The Henry is 10 years old. Ransom listed the cleaner and had a compatible spare although it was slightly different in appearance. Fitting was easy especially as I had already had the Henry in pieces. A connection diagram was provided as the terminal positions were in slightly different positions. Henry is now back in use. Why use Ransom. The Henry model was listed on their website. A compatible part was identified. The price was better than a competitor. Delivery is good. I have used them before and been very satisfied.

After watching diagnostics video was able to source the part. Delivered on time easy to fit and our Henry is now fully functional again. Much cheaper to repair than replace

Poor loyal Henry suddenly died. Full of beans one minute then next time he simply wouldn’t wake up. Watched the Ransom Spares guide videos (very helpful), multi meter tested the power switch, all ok. So next step was to replace the pcb (Henry’s brain? Surely not, he still seems to be the same person). Great instructions and video and voila, Henry sprang back into life as his normal chipper self.
