Excellent and simple to fit
Never having been good at electrical work I had a look on you tube to see if I could attempt to change a faulty switch on my Henry Hoover. The video showed how to do it and where to obtain the new switch. It took 5 minutes to place the order and when the part arrived just about 10 minutes to fit. Absolutely delighted with service.

Simple ion all aspects simple to identify correct part simple to order simple to pay for and thanks to the online video simple to fix myself Considering my local electrical shop quoted £30 to fix the machine and it cost me less than £10 I am happy

Good service expensive part
Arrived on time easy to fit, price was good, but shipping took the price to what I would call expensive for a rocker switch.
