The genuine carbon brush available at Ransom Spares is the perfect replacement to keep the motor running efficiently. This genuine Numatic vacuum cleaner carbon brush is designed to work with select motor types - 119778-00,44211996, DL21004T, DLC1104T and DL21104T.

Although this part is red and mine were black or brown, it clearly was the correct part and fixed the 2nd hand Henry hover that i had brought as spares or repair. Perfect part and a fair price. Arrived within 3days standard delivery. And thanks to Ransoms for handy diy video.

Henry nearly went to the tip, but I thought I'd have a look inside to see if anything could be replaced. Your website indicates that you can virtually build a new one from scratch!! Brush arrived quickly and was very straight forward to fit. Henry lives again!

I googled Henry faults and found the Ransom Spares website with a very helpful video showing how to identify faults and how to remove and replace the carbon brushes. My brushes were delivered quickly and following the instructions on the video I was easily able to remove the old brushes and replace with the new. My Henry is now working perfectly again.

Are the spares for a hetty as well

Hi David, this would depend on the motor in your Hetty. Please fill out a part enquiry with the numbers from the data plate on the motor and we can check if these are the correct carbon brushes for your model.

Does this fit the henry pet200-11

Hi Linda, this carbon brush is compatible with the DL21104T motor. You'll need to check the existing motor in your Henry to make sure it has the same number as this. If it's different, please fill out a part enquiry with the numbers from the motor and we can look in to this for you.
