I love this site/company and their products. They have very easy to follow videos and information to explain what you need and how to fit it for almost everything that can be fixed. They are the most environmentally friendly and sustainable company I have met doing this stuff and are based on the principle of "fix it if you can and stop throwing stuff away". Saves me money as don't have to keep buying new cookers, hoovers etc whenever something breaks on them. Cheap and reliable, easy to navigate and also make payments too. Delivery fast and no hassle. I have used Ransom Spare several times before and will be using them again in the future. Just wish that they sold parts for more / other equipment too. (Audio etc) Makes a change for things to go so smoothly when buying on the web.

Easy to fit and good quality
Only "easy to fit" thanks to the excellent youtube video - without which I might never have attempted such a thing. Full credit to Ransom spares for encouraging a repairing culture, rather than sending more stuff to landfill. The part could have arrived a bit quicker, but other than that, cannot fault the service. There were cheaper equivalents online, but, in my experience, cheapest is rarely best in these cases...and the part is not exactly expensive.
