Excellent Product; makes an old vacuum new!

From the sales photo, I was expecting just the smaller part of the motor cover, which happened to be the part I needed to replace, since mine was broken irreparably. The large box was therefore a surprise. I was delighted with the speed of delivery, and the tracked delivery was exemplary. The courier even delivered to a neighbour when I unexpectedly had to pop out and left a note on the door. When I opened it, I found a complete casing; virtually the whole body of the vacuum, and both parts of the motor casing. Though I only HAD to replace one part, I decided to replace the lot. It was fiddly, but surprisingly easy, and required few tools, and nothing specific to that make or model. On completion, the vacuum is totally re-born! It works perfectly, and for a modest sum I have resurrected my defunct vacuum. In today's alleged dubious trading environment, it is reassuring to find an honest trader who delivers such exemplary service, at a reasonable price, and is able to source parts that are increasingly rare to obtain. It was a sound investment, and I would happily buy again, with confidence, from Ransom Spares.
