Arrived home from holiday to find that my son had broken the rear wheel assy on our upright vacuum. So ordered the assembly from ransomspares and the assy arrived quickly, it was also an original part. The site is easy to navigate, I had the model number so finding the correct part was easy. Fitting the assy was easy, but there was no metal spring clip which secures the part to the underneath of the vacuum? Luckily I had not thrown the old assy away and was able to use the original.
