This is a genuine tumble dryer heater element. It’s at the back of your dryer’s housing. Has wiring harnesses so you can connect it to your dryer’s control system.
The heater element produces the heat circulated in the drying chamber. This heat evaporates moisture from your damp laundry including shirts, towels, and other items inside the dryer.
Although the dryer will continue to spin and finish the cycle, it’s not hot enough to help in drying your clothes if the heating element isn't functioning properly. Replace it with this new heater element.
This heater element is from Whirlpool but also fits select models of Hotpoint, Ignis, and Maytag tumble dryers.

Good experience
In terms of service I received a confirmation upon ordering which is always a good sign and that was followed up with update when it was despatched. Also the item arrived on time. With regards to the heater element, it was easy to fit and since fitted 10 days ago it’s been working just as you’d expect. I have 4 stars for the value as I’d have preferred to pay less (as always), but in all fairness if it proves to be reliable in the long term it was worth the money.
