Indesit Tumble Dryer Door Hinge, Graphite GreyC00307738

Ordered a replacement hinge after I broke the original one. The new one was delivered very quickly I was really pleased. I googled to see how to take off the old one and fit the new one and found a YouTube by Ransoms showing me how to do it - NOT! When you undo the screws to take the old one off the video doesn't show you the metal spindle that falls off or the 2 oblong metal washers that fall off so then I had to figure out where they went back! I did do it but then one of the screws, complete with washer, fell off and I had to ask a friend to come and show me where I went wrong. The video needs updating to show that in some models there is a spindle and 2 washers and show (some of us) where they go back. Apart from that all is well again, but when you are on your own you do rely on accurate videos. Thank you for your speedy service and I will still use you again.
