Does what it says on the tin!
(OK - there wasn't a tin, just a plastic bag) Product was easy to find on the website, easy to order, turned up promptly, was easy to fit, doesn't fall off, and it works!

Great Value, Fast Service
I was expecting to pay a lot more money for this essential spare part for my tumble dryer which I have had for a good number of years now. I wasn't even sure if it was still available. The site is easy to navigate and once I had the serial number I found exactly what I needed. And I fitted it with no problems. It works perfectly. Thank you.
