I have a Hotpoint Aquarius WDL 540 7kg Washing Machine. Machine will not spin. It tries to spin but then stops and All lights are Flashing on Front Panel. I'm told it's the Capacitor? I'm having problems locating the Capacitor? It's not near the Motor. Is it located on a Circuit Board? I've changed the Pump Motor and outlet Hose It works okay until it has to Spin. I reduced the amount of Clothes in Drum. Any suggestions on location or suggested repairs appreciated. Thanks.
