Heater elements and thermostats disperse heat in your tumble dryer
The heater element in the tumble dryer radiates heat into the drum after converting electrical energy into heat. Thermostats manage temperature via heat monitoring from the element, providing safe and efficient drying.
Why do you need to change it?
A malfunctioning heating element can result in inadequate heat production or no heat at all, and have inefficient drying and longer drying times. Similarly, the thermostats need replacement if they fail to regulate the temperature accurately.
When the dryer overheats or underheats, it can damage clothes or cause poor drying performance.

Genuine part
Description stated genuine part and when arrived can confirm it was. Delivery was fast and it was packaged well. Took no time to swap the old defective heater element with the new one from Ransom Spares. I would normally just buy a new dryer but mine is only 2yrs old, still available for sale for £400 so repairing was a no brainer. Thanks Ransom Spares!
