When our tumble dryer stopped heating I tried a number of local suppliers but was unable to source the correct heating part. Ransom's website was easy to use and the photo of the heating element meant I was confident I had found the correct part. Quick delivery meant our tumble dryer was soon up and working again

Excellent service and delivery from Ransoms as usual. Product is a pain to fit as wires have to be connected inside the machine due to poor design by Hotpoint. Connectors could easily have been designed to be made outside of machine.

this part was the correct part and of good quality , the only downside was that not all the wires on the new part were the same as the old part, so a little bit of electrical knowledge/ wire tracing was required (take a photo of old part in situ before dismantling) otherwise, good

Arrived very promptly. Was easy to fit, though I did need to get in behind the main back panel, too. Very good support on the telephone, answering my enquiry efficiently and carefully. Very impressed and saved me a fair bit over getting someone in to do it all for me.
