Heater element
Old heater packed in. So trawled the web for a new one. This was good value. Good fit, and a working tumble dryer. Took longer than hoped to arrive.

Spare part
The initial I ordered was not the correct one however I was not aware that the company who made the machine had changed the design. I was able to send the initial part back and spoke to the lads at the company who identified the correct part which I ordered while my refund was given for the part I sent back. The lads I spoke to were extremely helpful and I could not fault the customer service I received. Thank you
