Excellent service & product
Excellent service from Ransom Spares. Initially when my Tumble dryer lost its heat I thought new thermostats would do the job and ordered those but quickly realised better to buy a complete heating element with thermostats included. My order was cancelled for me the next morning and a refund provided. I then ordered the complete heating element which arrived in a few days. An excellent product and very easy to remove the old element and simply plug the new one in. It arrives complete. Just remove top and side panel to access the wiring plug and take back panel off to free up the element, remove and fit the new. They are well priced as well. Highly recommend Ransom for all your spares and will certainly use them again.

Perfect Replacement Part
The whole end to end process was great - easy to find the part on the website, ordering was straight forward - communications was good from RS in terms of delivery schedule - part was straightforward enough to fit. Would definitely use Ransom Spares in the future.

Great buy, easy to install
The part came pre packaged so all I needed to do was unscrew the broken part at the back and side panel and then plug and reinstall the new part. Tumble dryer now heating nicely.

Arrived quickly, Easy to install, Very happy
My dryer stopped heating up. Quick look on google and I needed a new heater element. Looked online. Found the part on ransom spares at a good price. Even though I live up in the North East of Scotland I had no extra delivery cost, bargain! The part arrived quickly and safely. I installed the part, dryer fixed, happy wife!
