It is very good item and not hard to fitting on my tumble dryer.

Fitting this seal is one of those jobs you most likely would prefer not to do, but when you have done it, you feel that much better. Getting access to the drum is described in many online videos and entails removing a lot of small screws which need to be set aside for re-use. It helps if you can work at table height and while the machine is not necessarily heavy, it can be awkward to manoeuvre, especially when the front has been removed and having it at a comfortable level makes life so much easier. Once the front of the machine can be gently worked off the drum, you might expect everything to fall apart. It won't but be careful when putting it back together as you might squeeze the seal you have so carefully fitted in the groove, back out of it. The seal comes with a sticky back and my machine had a recess on the drum to feed the overlong parts of the seal into. Re-assembly involves easing the drum back onto the front panel, which needs to be gently to make sure the seal is still in place all the way round. You will only be able to see it from the top front so the bottom is the side you have to be careful about. Opening the door to the drum will probably help in the easing process and when you think you have it nicely re-aligned, you can spin it by hand to make sure the fit is OK. You will more than likely have a casing full of fluff that has escaped due to the deterioration of the drum seal so that needs vacuuming out. Take care all the electrical connections are still in place before re-assembly. At my first attempt the leads to the heater had come free so the drum spun but didn't heat up. A very quick disassembly followed by a re-connection and re-assembly. All in all, a half hour job to give your machine a complete new lease of life, and yourself a sense of satisfaction for a job well done.

The front drum seal is a fantastic job. It was perfect for my machine. The efficiency of the tumble-dryer has really been enhanced. Much less lint into the interior of the machine and less steam leakage.

Good product, easy to fit but a bit pricey for what it is.
