ordered my part with ease, delivery was quick a slight problem with the product as it had been damaged in transportation, customer services were quick to sort the problem have new part and is fitted into my dryer. will be using Ransom spaces again if ever needing a part and would recommend to friends and family

My old condenser unit was leaking when the unit had completed a cycle, found that the fins at the back of the condenser were warped / broken causing the condenser to not fit correctly. Ordered this as a replacement, the unit arrived, fitted easily and fixed the problem Best of all I was 100% sure when I ordered that this part would fit my dryer

This condenser is a improvement on the original one, like everything else items get updated, so I'm glad I placed the order with Ransom for a genuine one and at the price, it was value for money, and good delivery time.

I took my condenser unit out to clean it and it wouldn't fit back in, the plastic edge had warped (design fault?), (panic) I can't be without a dryer so found a replacement on obvs Ransom Spares! I put my original condenser unit in the chest freezer to contract the plastic and Hey Presto it worked, it's now back in the dryer and I have a spare just in case! (fingers crossed)!
