This is a genuine condenser dryer pump for your tumble dryer. Compact-sized so you can fit it within the dryer without occupying excessive space.
The condenser extracts moisture from the hot, damp air inside the dryer drum. It passes through the condenser and there's heat exchange as the moisture flows through a reservoir or tray within the assembly.
Condensed water is then drained away so the hot air circulates again and you can continue with drying your laundry.
