This is a genuine 2300W tumble dryer heater element. It’s at the back of your dryer’s housing.
The heater element produces the heat circulated in the drying chamber. This heat evaporates moisture from your damp laundry including shirts, towels, and other items inside the dryer.
Has wiring harnesses to connect to your dryer’s control system.

This heater element is from Indesit but also fits select models of Ariston, Creda, Export, Hotpoint, and Proline tumble dryers.

upgraded product ,very easy to fit
although only one of the heater stats had failed i thought best to replace complete heater unit.not a great fan of hotpoint and this tumble dryer was one modified by them(fires etc)so particulary wary.good fast service again

Just what I needed
As a family of 5, including 3 children under 10, a tumble dryer is essential! Ours had stopped heating up so we bought this to replace the broken heating element. The part was very easy to fit, tumble dryer was back up and running again in no time. The kids are happy they can continue changing their outfits 1683 times a day!

Good replacement
Ordered this bit as old elements were broken & no heat in the dryer the connecting plug was easy to change as the older model is a different fitting ( do one wire at a time ) although after there was still no heat this was down to the front thermostat gone too ordered this from ransoms arrived quickly dryer up & running again 😃

Indesit condenser fixed
Ordered this when the Indesit dryer stopped working. This had happened before with the thermostat on the back, which you just reset. However, when I took the back off it became clear the elements were totally shot - new part. It arrived quickly and I set to work. I got so far then cursed as the connector seemed wrong. Wife to the rescue - she spotted the instructins which I had missed - just had to use the old connector on the new wires. After that it was a breeze. Lesson learned: Read the instructions that come with these pieces. Also, I found a good vid on youtube which explained how to get the side off the dryer. Easy! Cheers and thanks R

Cool Dryer
My dryer stopped producing heat during the drying cycle so I purchased a new element which arrived quickly and, despite having a different connecting block to the old element, proved very easy to fit (as full changeover instructions were provided). The dryer is now working more efficiently than previously.

easy fix
Very easy fix to repair our tumble dryer. took less than half an hour. Another saving from calling someone out to repair very happy the online video was useful too :-)

Genuine part, reasonable price by professionals
Brand new genuine part,newer version. Detailed installation instructions included on how to fit to older models. That is very professional! Easy to fit without any modifications. The part is functioning as it should be. Everything ran smoothly with no complications.

Hi Andrew, this heater comes with both of the thermostats that are joined to the heater.
