This product was easily identified and ordered off of the site and delivery was prompt. I had ordered the thermostat to go with it, but this item was out of stock and would be delivered at a later date. When the heating element was fitted I found that I did not require the thermostat and promptly contacted the company and cancelled the remaining order. This was executed promptly without fuss and the money refunded within a day. Fantastic service I could have not asked for better. A great company.
