I purchased this part after my original drum started to split just after the warranty expired. This part was great value and allowed me to return the machine to an as new state in less than an 1.5 hours. Its early days but the quality appears identical to the original I removed (minus the big hole that had appeared where the seem had split). Overall I am very glad I didn't listen to my wife who wanted to spend £500 replacing the whole machine as I've repaired this for a 10th of that cost. Fitting was a bit fiddly as you have to take the the whole machine apart to get the drum in and out but I also took the opportunity to give everything a good clean to remove any dust.
