The tumble dryer belt facilitates a smooth drying cycle
Drum rotation is made smooth by a tumble dryer belt. It transmits motion and power from the motor to the drum.
The dryer's motor moves the belt when it is turned on, which causes the drum to spin. The clothing is dried effectively through the spinning action that distributes hot air through them evenly.
Signs your dryer belt needs replacing
A worn-out belt makes a loud thumping or rumbling sound while the dryer is running. Another symptom is if the dryer's drum is not spinning at all or not spinning at all.
If the dryer's drum struggles to turn, the burning smell or excessive heat comes from a broken belt.

Does what is says, but might not last forever
It's a belt, it works perfectly first time, and they're moderately easy to fit. This is the second one I've used, the last one only lasted 18 months or so, so not sure how durable it really is

Great belt
Belt was sturdy and followed the video to fit it. Unfortunately the belt was only part of the issue with the dryer and unfortunately we’ve had to decommission the dryer! Keeping the belt for if we need a replacement in future.

First Class Product Fitted easely
