This is a genuine vent cover and seal for your tumble dryer.
The vent cover blocks outside air, keeping the dryer at the right temperature while the seal stops dust and lint for better airflow when you dry your clothes.
If the vent cover feels loose or doesn’t stay securely in place, that’s a sign that it may need to be replaced. A loose cover can allow outside air and debris to enter. Change it with this replacement part.

What colour is the cover... photo looks cream? (I need white). Also the photo shows what looks like a hole under the cover pull..is this a hole / gap or just a poor photo?

Hi, I can confirm this is white. There isn't a hole inside, however it does recess like a handle.

Hi Peter, this cover sits on the front of the tumble dryer, not the wall outlet.
