I ordered this part to replace the old one on my machine by phone. The man I spoke to was very helpful, and it wasn't a hassle to confirm it was the correct part for my machine. He informed me when it would be in stock and then how long it would take to be delivered accurately. Once it arrived it was very easy to swap the parts over.
