After the product finally arrived from Italy and then into Belgium via a detour in Newcastle :-) we started to fit it into the tumble dryer. we followed the videos on youtube although it would have been nice to find a video of a tumble dryer with heat pump as theyre different to otherones the dryer is now working PERFECTLY. we have saved money by fixing a perfectly good dryer and it has had a great clean inside (i can imagine after seeing all the fluff inside why they could be dangerous). A technician in Belgium had refused to mend the machine saying it would have cost too much labour time i.e. completely dismantling it and that buying a new machine was cheaper. We are very happy that your company could supply the part. many thanks indeed and we will recommend you to anyone who needs parts. The only thing I need now is a back massage after all the bending down :-) :-)
