This is a genuine door seal. Made of flexible rubber to withstand high heat without deforming during the drying cycle.
Its main job is to keep the dryer tightly sealed when the door is shut. No hot air gets out so the inside of the dryer is hot for your drying clothes properly.
Helps the tumble dryer be energy-efficient and keeps lint and debris inside the dryer to avoid external clogs.

Good quality and reasonable price. It is simple enough to fit albeit a little more tricky around the hinge area but can be done without removing door. Very good service from Ransom Spares. Arrived very quickly.

Worth buying.
Not quite a like for like replacement & a little tricky to fit (I used a butter knife to help guide into its gap) ... But once in its worked perfectly & created a tighter seal than the original (which the dog pulled off and ate 🤦) so more than happy and would order again should I need to.
