Just what was wanted - easy for me to fit but it will depend on your level of competency whether you would find it easy or not.

Ordered twice by accident, responded promptly to my response for a refund on one order and then kept me updated as to where my order was up to. Part exactly what was described and worked great. Only thing to consider is they use royal mail, so took a few days more to arrive than I thought it would, but no rush, just had me worried it wasn't coming. So don't panic if you don't get your order straight away, these guys are legit and it's not like they don't tell you they use royal mail so just be patient

The old door latch switch was damaged when the door refused to open due the door catch breaking and leaving a bit in the switch mechanism. The switch was not easy to change, but the correct parts were supplied and worked perfectly. If your handy with a screwdriver you could save yourself the cost of a replacement tumble dryer

Hi, I purchased the latch part number RS3871 and fitted it to my machine as it was broken. When fitted the door still would not lock shut? Can you confirm that RS3863 is the part that RS3871 locks into please before I order.
