This is a genuine rear drum bearing flange for your tumble dryer.
Stabilises the drum and allows it to spin smoothly during the drying cycle. Also helps to reduce friction between the drum and other components.
It shows signs of damage when it creates grinding or squeaking noises. The drum also moves excessively, cracks appear in the flange, or the drum struggles to rotate smoothly. Change it with this replacement part.
This rear drum bearing flange is from AEG. You can also check the other suitable brands from the list above.

Part came next day, fitted as it should, easy to fit
I ordered several components for our dryer and then decided that it would be beneficial to buy a new one instead of repairing. The parts where of good quality, they arrived quickly and when I returned them I received an acknowledgment the next day and credit to my account the following day. I call that excellent service.
After reviewing numerous sites Ransome spares were the only site that both provide me the in formation for the correct part and promptly supplied it
The product appears to be good quality and the price was quite a bit less than elsewhere and good value. The delivery process was good, with the hour delivery slot communicated by text in advance. The item was delivered when said. Thank you.
The part was easily locatable on the web site, ordering was clear and quick. Delivery in this instance was very quick. The part itself was well constructed and installation was relatively simple. I am starting to use this company more and more !!
When i renew bearing at back of my dryer do i also need the drum spindel or will it stop sqeeking with the bearing renewed
Hi Alan, this would depend on the condition of the spindle. If this isn't damaged or bent then replacing the bearing should stop the squeak.
