This belt drives the motor of the dryer, rotating the drum, and if it is broken, the dryer cannot work. We offer a genuine replacement driver belt, manufactured by Zanussi. Just replace the worn-out belt and your dryer will be ready to work like before.

Very happy to see companies like Ransom Spares with their "try mending it first" mentality, not just for cost but also to reduce the waste in our world. Part was reasonably easy to fit (it was my first foray into domestic appliance maintenance!) Internet videos certainly help in this respect. The job did take a while to complete, but that may have been as much about my insistence on cleaning everything as I went :) The dryer fired up a dream with the new belt and has breathed new life into what was still a good machine (Electrolux Zanussi model) after 14 years in use!

Delivered on time, fitted fine. Happy with it. Fitting the dryer belt isn't a doddle but once I'd realised that the entire motor is on a hinged sprung bracket to add tension to the belt it was perfectly straightforward. £6 or a new tumble dryer.... easy decision.
