Got my strimmer working again. Very happy much needed.

Having searched your site for parts for Husqvarna leaf blower your systems pointed me at this part which in the description lead me to believe that it was part of a gasket set. When it arrived it was only a diaphragm and no gasket set. Having contacted your service dept. I was told that you did not sell parts for Husqvarna leaf blowers. So I pointer your agent to the link to your own web page. I was then told that the part I had bought had been wrongly allocated to the web page. On the same page was another diaphragm at a much lower price, as the part supplied was identical to the part required I asked for a refund for the difference. This request has been ignored. Very shody service and poor value.
