Brilliant service from Ransom Spares from an easy to use and reliable website to quick and efficient delivery of manufacturers parts. This spool cover was easy to fit and has rescued my trimmer for many more years of service. Having fitted it the trimmer works like new. Brilliant!

A proper Flymo replacement part at reasonable cost with fast delivery and easy to fit. Better quality than some generic substitutes which are not as durable.

The old spool cover wore over time and I thought I'd have to throw a perfectly working strummer out. As a long shot I checked online and found this. The part number was superseded to this updated number and after some deliberation went for it as it wasn't expensive. Fits perfectly. Genuinely surprised that a non flymo company would have superseded information for a cheap spool cover. Very impressed. Would highly recommend. Dont throw it out it when it could be fixed!!
